Nutraceuticals and foods of interestMy mainly interest is in data analysis related to sensory and also to food processing technologies. I've worked as a post-doc researcher at NOFIMA MAT (national institute for food research in Norway) on multi variate techniques applied to sensory analysis. I also currently coollaborate with Kuwait institute of research and Michigan state University, Illinois University and Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU) in order to write software to analyze data from physico chemical characterization starch, biocomposites polymers plant based Fields of application biopolymers, sensorimetrics Facilities and equipments cloud computing |
