Nutraceuticals and foods of interestI have recently collaborated in several projects involving the use of the natural bio active extract from Citrus to evaluate the potentials of its flavonoid and other components as antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and other beneficial effects in pre-clinical models (CNR institutes: IBBA, IBE) . In the near future, I plan to collaborate with a private company to evaluate the beneficial effect of non-psychotropic component of Cannabis Sativa on central nervous system diseases.
